Payables Financing Product Manager
Mumbai, India
Being Product Manager for the pilot launch of Payables Financing in India means being accountable for its overall performance and commercial success. The assignment’s responsibilities include monitoring and testing the system, creating process notes/guides and collateral, business plans and sales kits, internal training and meeting financial targets. Any given day could mean a conference call with Hong Kong, meeting customers, monitoring the financials, proposing product enhancements, developing a training programme, meeting internal stakeholders or making motivational calls to the sales team.
Senior Relationship Manager
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Being a Senior Relationship Manager in Jeddah means managing and developing a portfolio of those top tier corporations (minimum turnover US$135 million) with operations in Saudi Arabia's Western Province. It includes financing landmark projects in petrochemicals, transport, infrastructure, construction, real estate and manufacturing, and helping companies, via the Investment Banking division, to execute capital markets transactions like IPOs and rights, bond or sukuk issues. It also involves cross-selling HSBC’s universal banking proposition and promoting our worldwide offices and brand through referrals and outstanding service delivery.
Vice President, Financial Institutions Group, Corporate Banking
Tokyo, Japan
This Relationship Manager role focuses on covering the major foreign financial institutions based in Tokyo, including banks, insurance companies, securities houses and asset managers. A typical day could involve calling up a client CFO to follow up on a Payments and Cash Management project we are implementing for them in Tokyo. Or there might be a meeting with a client Chief Investment Officer to discuss product options to manage the risk exposure of their investment portfolio. The role also includes constant liaison with our internal Credit and Operations teams to discuss any credit concerns and make sure our procedures are implemented smoothly for clients.
